Privacy Policy

Last updated September 10, 2026

This policy explains what information Massive OS (a product of Motogo 4 LLC) collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. It applies to massiveos.com and the Massive OS application.

1. Information we collect

Account information

Your name, email, business name, and password when you or your staff create an account.

Customer/client records you enter

When you use Massive OS to run your business, you and your staff enter information about your own customers — names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, appointment history, and, depending on your industry template, more specific details such as vehicle information, pet records, or intake notes. This data belongs to you; we process it on your behalf to provide the Service.

Payment information

Subscription payments are handled directly by Stripe. We don't store your full card number on our servers.

Usage data

Basic technical data like IP address and browser type, collected automatically to keep the Service secure and working correctly.

2. How we use it

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To send you service-related communications (billing, security, support)
  • To power optional AI features you choose to use, like drafting check-in emails
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share information only with the service providers that make Massive OS work:

  • Supabase — hosts our database and handles authentication
  • Stripe — processes subscription payments
  • Vercel — hosts the application
  • Anthropic — powers the optional AI Assistant features (only invoked when you use them)
  • Twilio — delivers text messages for businesses that use Massive OS

If you agree to receive texts from a business that uses Massive OS, we use your mobile number and your messages with that business only to deliver and record them, through our messaging provider. We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text consent with third parties for their marketing.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Massive OS, our users, or others.

4. Data security

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level data isolation between businesses — to protect the information in Massive OS. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we'll delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we need to retain it for legal or legitimate business reasons (such as billing records).

6. Your rights

You can export your contact data as a CSV file at any time from your dashboard. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or to close your account, contact us at hello@massiveos.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA — contact us and we'll work with you.

7. Children's privacy

Massive OS is intended for business use and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Cookies

We use cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to remember which device is active on your account. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date.
